Kafa Magazine

Kafa magazine is a monthly literary and cultural magazine. The magazine has a wide spectrum of writers, academics, professors, scientists and actors.

The magazine's logo, cover, layout system and visual identity is redesigned with a bold, playful and dynamic identity.

Famous and nostalgic names are usually used on the cover, to reflect this feeling, we combined black and white photographs with illustrations that reflect the characters of the people. Contrast gave the magazine a strong identity. The colorful and pop color palette I created reflects the modern spirit of the magazine.

We created a unique visual identity style by combining the characteristic cuts of the photographs with the illustration.

In the editorial design, we strengthened the effect by using fonts with and without serifs that create contrast with each other.
